- JJJennyJan 3, 20261.0I got here right at 6 after rushing from home to make it and the guy saw me pulling up and I knocked on the glass right as he turned the sign from open to close he looked and me and nodded! RIGHT AT 6! Not 6:01! Unbelievable that he couldn't open it I just wanted to pick up my package before the weekend came now my daughter has to wait till Monday! Seriously so rude! He acts like I knocked after it being way past closing!! Disgusting human being to look at me and smirk while nodding no 🤮🤮
- ELElise LorenzDec 1, 20255.0I have no idea what these bad reviews are all about, most people take the time to review if they have something bad to say I guess, but this location is amazing, all employee's are friendly, confident and helpful (Asking nicley is key) Be a decent human, and they will be one back simple. Needed 50 bound books done, they completed it in a timley manner, no mistakes, no messups. Beautiful.

- TBTamra BacaNov 17, 20252.0Bottom line: go to the OfficeMax that’s just down the street. Full details: I went in to make some quick color copies. When I entered the store, I was not greeted or helped in any way, and the copies were only so so. I wasn’t able to adjust any settings on their preset machine. I struggled for several minutes to figure it out, still no help. Finally got them printed, and since I’d already spent the money to print them and taking the time to go in the store, I didn’t feel like spending more money and time to have them printed better elsewhere. On my way out, I asked to have them cut in half. I noticed there was a paper cutter that was reasonably easy to use. I know because I used to use one just like it daily at my previous job. He said sure. Then proceeded to ring me up for six dollars just to cut them in half - A process that it would’ve taken a shorter amount of time then I had to wait for any kind of acknowledgment from the staff. Go elsewhere for a better quality and a better price and a better service.
