My husband made it clear that the banners would be hung outside and we were sold vinyl banners and told they would last 1-3 years. After just 2 months, the banners started to show significant signs of wear and had to be taken down. We reached out to AlphaGraphics and was told the life expectancy of the banners was 3-6 months. We never would have ordered them if the original person we spoke to told us that they wouldn't even last half the summer. So we spent hundreds of dollars on banners based on the information we received from the salesman and we can't use them. We contacted other AlphaGraphics locations and were told the banners definitely should not have fell apart as quickly as they did, but they couldn't help us because they weren't the location we bought them from. Frustrating to say the least.
