- AHAustin HuberMay 5, 20251.0Don't have these guys do wedding announcements. The final result was dull, smudgy, and noticeably red. The software I used was kind enough to provide them with bleed marks and I kid you not, a significant number of them printed with the bleed marks visible. When I pointed this out, the shop employee told me: "well, they were included in the files you gave us." Pretty sure I shouldn't have to explain to a printer that I didn't want to print the bleed marks.

I called The Copy Stop to see if by chance at 4pm in afternoon they could get it done. Cameron was very confident he could, the upload was seamless and the print was perfect. He even went the extra step to help us because we couldn't get to the shop before it closed, and collaborated with the next door business to hold our photos until we got there. Talk about service! I can't say enough about how great the service & quality was. Oh, and btw, I am located in New York and had to just trust that it would work.
