He helped me find a box at not cost and was very personable and quick! Great Experience because of Hugh! 9/20/25 Alice was absolutely outstanding! I came in just 10–15 minutes before closing, feeling flustered and unsure how to package my item, especially when I realized there wasn’t a USPS box large enough. Instead of turning me away, Alice went above and beyond when she searched in the back, found an unused box that worked perfectly, and even helped me package everything up. What really impressed me was how effortlessly she balanced helping me while also assisting another customer at the same time. She was warm, patient, and incredibly resourceful, turning what could’ve been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. Alice’s customer service skills, problem-solving, and calm under pressure are top-notch!
- SMSamuel MorseJul 22, 20255.0So me and my sister went here to the post office to ship off some gifts for my sister's friend to Ohio. We walk in, grabbed a box and got everything to fit, awesome. We walk up to the front counter and this old sweet guy working up front re-organized everything in our box and helped us. The guy admired my sisters artwork when he was re-organizing the box and it was awesome. I helped the guy hold the box shut, he tapes it, and my sister is writing down the address. After a little bit, this white Karen walks in with a ton of packages and kinda slams them on the counter and the guy says "you're gonna have to take those to the lady over there. She will scan them for you" and the Karen says "i just need these scanned instead of you telling me what to do" or whatever she said. Worst part is, she's blonde, and she starts cussing the old guy out on how he's not doing his job. She tells him to scan the stuff right now and the old guy holds up the scanner and says "this scanner??" Me and my sister both looked a different direction trying not to laugh, so she sets all her packages on the counter and the guy sets them aside and she leaves. When she left, everyone else in there, including the other workers, we all laughed it out. I never got the old guys name but shout out to him for handling it in a funny way possible 😂
