- ADAimee Duvall5 days ago1.0I never leave bad reviews- but was so bothered by how my situation was handled. I mailed a package to in early February. When it never arrived to the receiver- i checked tracking and found it had been returned to the store and had been there for two weeks. When I contacted the store and spoke with the store owner- he was rude, short and dismissive. I asked him why I wasn’t contacted when the package was returned and he said someone tried to call me, but could not provide a date of a phone call. I checked my call log only to find no missed calls from the store going back several weeks. This isn’t the first time the customer service has been bad- and it will be last I use their services. Very disappointed in how he handled my situation.

I've always had great experiences with all of the employees..... you're all so efficient and friendly, I cannot say enough. However, I mostly gravitate towards the oldER male (he's NOT 'old', as one review stated 🤭; is it Hugh?), when he's available bc he's such a sweetheart. He's very friendly, funny, and personable.... very efficient at what he does and helpful in ways you didn't even think of. This is the best post office I've ever been to and I'm oldER (NOT 'old'), so I've been to many many many post offices; never one where all of the customer reps are so great! TOOELE, YOU ARE SO GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO! 💕 Thank you.
