- SSSeniaNov 13, 20255.0This review is specifically regarding Karalinn. If I were rating the other (younger) employees it would be far fewer stars.(You know who you are.) Every time Karalinn is there, she greets with a smile, she handles business quickly and professionally, and treats every customer like a person rather than a task. There are times when Karalinn is working solo, and the lines get longer, but she still efficiently gets everyone through the process with a smile. ( more often than not, once customers show up, the kid employees disappear to the back room leaving Karalinn to handle things herself) This UPS location is lucky to have Karalinn, and as customers, so are we.

She even gave me some really helpful advice about keeping Amazon return receipts — something I wouldn’t have thought of, but it could save a big headache later! Excellent customer service and such a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend!

I had Notary services done here today and Umila was amazing. She’s so nice and bubbly and helps everyone while running around doing her job as well. She even helped me package up my documents to drop off with FedEx. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to her!

Her kindness and understanding goes such a long way and deserves to be recognized! People can be so cruel in this world but Karalinn is here to remind us that we’re here to work hard and make a difference! And she does exactly that! Awesome job UPS for hiring an angel!
- KOKylie OchsenbeinNov 11, 20255.0Karalinn is the most phenomenal employee she always has a wonderful attitude and 90% of the time is one of the only people upfront to help on multiple occasions I have gone in and she has helped me lift my package (b/c I’m expecting or my hands are full) she manages and runs the entire store although I don’t believe she’s in charge of that ! The first time I came in was during the holiday season she i noticed she was so hands-on. On multiple occasions I’ve noticed people hanging out in the back or Or straight up ignoring the line out the door , every time you can find her ready to assist others with a great attitude I’m so thankful Everytime I get her for my returns b/c I know I’ll be taken care of . She makes it a wonderful experience with her service and being so efficient.
