I emailed to get some important photos printed on standard glossy photo paper, and requested an explanation of their pricing for the job. I went into the store the next day to follow up and ask if there was any information they needed from me for a successful print, and if they could describe the service further. The girl I spoke to told me no details, only that everything was fine and they’d respond shortly to my request. I then had a lengthy correspondence with an employee over email, where many things were not communicated to me. It was difficult to get clear answers, but eventually I was told that I could get 4x6 standard glossy photos printed 2 per page, charged at $1.10 per page. There was no mention of any other fees. Upon pickup, I was charged twice what I was told when I agreed to the job. Worse than that, the print quality is also poor, and does not fit the description of a standard photo album glossy photo print, as I was promised. I cannot recommend printing photos at this business.

The way he speaks to his female staff is uncomfortable to witness, and his interactions with female customers are degrading and unprofessional. On top of that, their prices for basic packing supplies are outrageously inflated. A roll of tape that costs around $3 next door at Lucky’s is over $11 here nearly $14 with tax. Returns are also unnecessarily complicated. Every visit feels like an uphill battle. I strongly recommend finding another place to handle your returns.
