    I had a package that accidentally got delivered to the wrong address. Richie was able to help me get my package back! Customer service from Richie was top notch!

    I have to start off with this is medication that is not cheap. We got an unexpected early delivery, which would typically be a good thing. The only problem is the lady that delivered it, took the picture, and updated to delivered threw the package at my door from the bottom of the steps. Keep in mind we only have 5 steps to walk up. I've contacted usps and ups, ups said it was contracted through usps. Usps says its not there problem its ours to figure out who the driver was. The driver was in their personal vehicle which usps said they dont have people deliver in their personal vehicle. Meaning they contracted through a different company and aren't keeping track of who they contract through. I will be making a bbb report because this is ridiculous. Steve was the manager of the store who finally answered the phone after Wendy hung up the phone multiple times after getting aggressive and not helping. When we called ups they said it was usps that was in charge of it. Steve was very unhelpful and argumentative. He was upset that we were even talking to him but usps told us it was through Steve's store. It really seems like they are trying to protect this lady at every step possible. Why is it so hard to keep a paper trail through your own system.

    This was my only experience at this post office. There were two people ahead of me when I arrived. One only staff member was working at the front, and he was dealing with an unhappy customer- which delayed the line. I noticed another employee look out from the back several times, but no one came up to assist. The staff member at the counter did his best by asking the unhappy customer to step aside until she was done using her phone, so he could continue helping others. It was disappointing that additional staff did not respond to support their coworker, the unhappy customer, or waiting customers.
