When you use self checkout to scan your packages and then follow the directions, somehow they "didn't know what do with it" or "no one talked to us about" meanwhile my clients are losing money because employees who spend all day shipping boxes apparently don't know what to do with a box that's labelled and scanned in and placed where it is supposed to be. 1 star is far too generous for the clueless crew that works here.

I’ve witnessed multiple occasions where they belittled elderly customers who needed help using the machines or didn’t have the proper supplies like boxes. Their behavior is condescending and unprofessional, and it’s ruining this store’s reputation. Today, I personally experienced their attitude once again. The store was very busy, and after the employee finished with another customer, I set my boxes down on the counter where she had been working. Instead of returning promptly to assist me, she deliberately took her time and then raised her voice in a snarky, dismissive tone—telling me that I needed to wait until I was called. I have a shoulder injury and physically cannot lift heavy boxes repeatedly; once I set them down, I couldn’t pick them back up easily. The lack of compassion and basic respect at this location is unacceptable. I sincerely hope that management takes a serious look at what’s happening behind that counter because these employees are driving customers away. I would rather use self-service a thousand times over than deal with such unkind, unprofessional staff again.
