There is one employee (the only one I have ever seen wear a name tag) by the name of Cathy who has been so helpful. It makes me feel bad that she’s the only one that seems to care about other people. The last time I was there, the other people that were working were so rude that I almost walked right back out. There is a heavier set girl who had nothing nice to say to either her coworkers or to the customers. Thankfully Cathy was working as well that day. Something really needs to be done about these employees if y’all want return customers. It’s getting ridiculous.

The employees here are very rude, in particular an older woman with grey hair. She made a racist comment as well, when I was translating to a friend who didn't speak much English on how the return process worked. She then walked off, ignored us, left us standing there, until a different employee finally came to assist us with the return label. Wouldn't recommend

I was told they are not UPS, they did not deliver it and they could not take it and repeatedly yelled at me it was illegal for me to leave it with them. I felt like a criminal trying to return someone’s lost package. Asked for the girls name who was yelling at me and I was told she LEGALLY, does not have to give it to me. WOW could they say the world legally a few more times. Horrible experience!
