I went in to return an Amazon package…. Didn’t even need assistance… and one barcode wouldn’t work. The way the lady acted when I came up for assistance was unacceptable…. Then I hear about a fight one employee was explaining to all the other employees how she was in fight- very loudly using profanity and showing her reactions. One up front employee asked them to tone it down. It felt very inappropriate for the work place….. I then left after they rudely told
Me I couldn’t return my Amazon package…. Okay fine- but good customer service is not hard…. Everyone today on the 12:00 shift at Taylorsville on 4500s were horrible and very rude.
This place is amazing and I love the girls here… Janet, Tamara, Kayla to name a few are amazing and so helpful and great at their jobs! Very friendly highly recommend this store. I might be closer to a different location some days but I wait if I know I’m gonna be in this area because I love the staff here. Great job!!!
This is the worst UPS place I have ever been to. The employees are so rude. They don't want to help you at all and they want to charge for labels that are actually free for returning Amazon packages. I will not be going to the UPS store and I will let my friends and family know to not go to that UPS store. because is not worth wasting time to rude people.

I’ve been using this UPS Store for years to do my Amazon returns and in all that time I’ve never seen customers abuse staff at a store more than this one. It seems like every time I come in here there is a customer yelling at the staff, because they, the customer, didn’t read their Amazon instructions and the staff had to point out that the customer’s return item needs to be packaged, or the return label needs to be printed, and that they can do it at the store, but there is a charge. How dare a business charge for their goods and services. The horror! Anyway, love all the girls here! They are the best!
I'm leaving this review because of unacceptable behavior I saw during one of my visits to this location. Not from staff, but from other customers. They left bad reviews for the store that were complete lies, took photos of the store, and created a scene out of nothing. The names on their reviews are Jerson Saavedra and Fernando Horta, and I know it was them because of the photos they put of the store. The whole thing felt premeditated because the employees at this store are some of the nicest girls I've met, and I witnessed the interaction, and none of those things happened. I think there were about 6 words exchanged during the entire thing, and none of them were of malice or spoken in a rude tone. I mean, the one guy had Google open and ready to leave a review as he left the store! I've had no issues at this location EVER, and I'm appalled at the blatant lies people are stating in these "reviews". Do better, learn how to treat people in service as they deserve, which is with respect. Something that many of these people in their reviews clearly lack.
