  I went to get some copies of some important documents and Kurt was so wonderful when he saw what they were he told me he made a few extracopies for us and wouldn't charge me.It was the first good thing to happen since my mom's death. Don't ever let him go! While waiting i was watching the other 2 guys working they had a long line but were wand were so pleasant. I'm bringing all my shipping and copying business to their store from now on.orking so quickly and efficiently

  I went to get a passport photo taken last year- they took the picture and printed it. I didn’t think to check the picture since they offer the service and I assume they know the passport picture guidelines. When my passport came in the mail it was limited use (1 year) due to an invalid photo. The picture was way too close to my face. Disappointing because not only did I pay for the photo, but now I also have to go pay for a new photo (went to Walgreens this time), but I also had to go through the application process and 6+ week waiting period to get another passport. Super odd to me that the employee who helped me wasn’t properly trained in a service they offer- especially something as simple as a passport photo.

  Kurt was awesome. Quick and patient. Per usual the wifey had tons of returns for me to bring over. Everyone here is always so accommodating!

  This UPS STORE never answers its phone (called many times 3/21/20265 and doesn't return your phone calls when you leave your name and number as they requested. Go to other UPS STORE at 250 N Red Cliffs Dr. They answer phone and are very heslpful

  The employees here are always friendly and so helpful. And they go out of their way for you. I absent mindedly brought my Amazon return to UPS (because all previous returns were to UPS) but it was supposed to go USPS. Kurt offered to handle getting it to USPS. I really appreciated it since I was on my way to work and didn't have time to make another stop, and really- he didn't have to do that! I just got the notification that Amazon received my return, so thank you Kurt for being awesome and willing to go the extra mile!
