    Went here to return an Amazon order and pick up a few things- very convenient and the employees worked very hard to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible.

    No longer print receipts for returns, just take care of the customer. Fabian said that its to expensive. Let me just say that if your business is at a point that its to expensive to print a customer off a receipt, you have bigger problems than that as a business. I guess they should change there policy from " That was easy " to "That makes no since".

    This store is failing. I went in to return an Amazon purchase and right away the store experience took a nose dive. The kid doing Amazon refused to give me a receipt saying Amazon won’t reimburse staples for paper so if I want proof of my return then take a picture of his computer screen. Then I walked around the sad displays and found what I thought could be a good deal on a iPad for $ 299 however the display was not turned on so I could demo it. I went and asked if I could have it turned on and was rudely and lazily told I couldn’t demo it unless i was going to buy it. They didn’t walk over to show it or assist me in any way so I found it at Costco and bought it the same day for 299. This store is struggling under poor management and lack of trained employees.

    I needed a color of pictures laminated with heavy stuff. The young man who served me knew exactly what I needed, and did it on the spot. I'm very impressed!
