Then the 2 young men are laughing at customers who are frustrated for coming down to take care of the drop off. They are on their phones and have earbuds in. The manager husband wasn’t much better. Think twice of coming to this location!

If I had to drive across town or to Hurricane for UPS, I'd probably just stop using UPS altogether. I'm not going to lie, this is definitely a busy store, especially during peak hours and during the holiday rush. So, expect lines. If you can go late in the day before they close, there is often less wait. Depending on what time you go in you might encounter different associates, but a few that stand out for excellent customer service are Marissa, Jason, Trinity, Liz, Ivan, Christian, and others whose names I can't recall right now. Bottom line: I'm glad we have this business in the local community and I would recommend them.
