UPS says it was delivered to the UPS store confirmed by GPS. The UPS store says it was not delivered to them. UPS says the stores are privately owned and UPS is not responsible. The store says it was the delivery driver’s fault. Please use the postal service if the package is an important document. This was the receiving store that lost it. They will not answer the phone and will not return messages.
- SCSirron Cox6 days ago1.0In this store, it doesn't matter how many workers are there, it always takes a long time to get out of there, regardless if there is only one person infront of you and six workers or twenty customers and two workers. They just stand around and talk and ignore people. UPS in general is almost as bad as DHL. They deliver late in the day, usually later than their projected window, and like today, I can have a package that arrived early in the morning, but they will wait until tomorrow to deliver it. At least they can figure out what side of the country to deliver a package, unlike DHL Pretty much every experience with UPS here would be a disappointment if I had any higher expectations of them. It's gotten to the point that if Amazon wants me to do a return through UPS, I tell them to try again.

TERRIBLE customer service for people who PAY to get mail. For a short period, when workers saw someone with a mail slip they let us cut the line to pick up packages. Now I'm just snapped at rudely to get in line. And there's almost ALWAYS a line, close to out the door. Awful. If you're stuck dropping off an amazon return, I get why you'd have to go here. But as a paying customer, treated horribly, best to take your money elsewhere. There are lots of options now.
