I received confirmation from Amazon that my package was delivered, however this store lost it. I was told to leave my information and a manager would get back to me. I have tried to call to receive any update but I can only leave a message which has now been 3 days & 3 left messages, without any return phone call. Where is the customer service?! It's a fact that my package is in this store and I'm receiving no help in order to find it. This store has earned their low rating for sure.

That’s really poor business effort I shipped a package and I was told that you could not put the PO Box on there so now the package is being sent back it cost me $40 and it was a gift for somebody so not only did it never get to its destination you guys refuse to answer your phone and not getting any help. This is just poor service hands-down.

There was no line and I BECAME the line but Kurt was the ultimate sweetheart and helped me with all of the problems while being patient and nice and telling me to stop being flustered lol. Give him 10 million dollars for being the ultimate certified cutie patootie 😁
