- SBsherry babcock2 days ago1.0Arrived to have passport photos and mail renewal application. Place was empty. Associate said come back at 11. So we did. Now the place is busy 2 more associates working. Now very rudely said camera was not working. My ture feeling is that they did not want to do the work. These 3 ladies do not know what they are doing or how to treat customers. Drove over to Staples, 10 minutes we were finished.

Both of Which I know to be factually false, completely incompetent. if I could give zero stars I would. Went right down the street to FedEx shipped out no problem.
