  Fantastic service today. The workers in the print center were so helpful and Aaron at checkout was so kind. Definitely recommend for work orders and overall great service.

  I bought a printer locally and when I did I was sold on the idea that they service them in store. They sold me on the extended warranty also. I had problems with the printer and took it into the store where they worked on it and gave it back. It still didn’t work. I was told I have to put in a claim but would have to have the receipt on the purchase. I tried to get a duplicate receipt but only ran into the merry go round of customer service. After hours on the phone I gave up and went to Costco and bought a printer locally. I was very disappointed with having to deal out of the country with customer service. I got nowhere with Staples.

  I went into Staples today looking 👀 for a router. My first experience with Kim was awesome , she directed me to where she thought I might find a router…. And about 20 seconds later she came after me and WALKED me right to where routers are in Staples. I found what I was pretty sure I was after and then she saw me headed the wrong way to pay and leave….. Kim was ringing me up and that is when I had ANOTHER awesome interaction with Fabian….. he reassured me that the router I picked up was exactly what I was after and calmed any doubts I was having because I am not very savvy when it comes to things like routers 🫣…… And I was on my way. Thank you 🙏🏼 😊 sooooo much Kim and Fabian for being sooooo helpful, nice , knowledgeable and you both are amazing representatives for Staples. If you need anything at Staples look for Kim or/and Fabian, and you will get exactly what you need 😊👍🏼‼️ So… since I purchased my router I have been back to Staples for copying/scanning/emailing, and picking up very very important documents that my sister was having sent to me and after receiving the documents I needed the resources at Staples to complete my documents, which required more copying, scanning and emailing, and today Hayden was absolutely helpful and so nice to me while I was completing an extremely long process that TO ME was super important and he was delightful to deal with. I was clearly anxious and he helped me get email addresses typed in properly helped me keep the documents in order and was all around super awesome‼️‼️😊👍🏼 Thank you 🙏🏼 😊 Hayden for making a very stressful document process seem so easy and thanks for being incredibly helpful. I will always use the Staples at 245 Red Cliffs for any type of work that I need done regarding copying , scanning and emailing because of my wonderful experience with Hayden. This Staples is all around great 😊
