  Absolutely terrible. They advertise that they are providing rapid passport renewal services, yet when I got there , the person I had spoken to had absolutely no clue and said nobody at the office was trained to deal with that. All he did was putting me infront of a computer and told me to figure it out... Then I've seem some insane prices on the computer that were in addition to the amount the government charges.. When I asked him to clarify , again, he was like a deer in headlights and mumbled something to the effect that these were charged by yet another party... Left and went to the post office a couple of miles away...so much easier, so much quicker, so much clarity and so much cheaper....

  I traveled 2 hours and carried a large electric bike in a box into the store to get shipped only to be told we can’t ship batteries from this location. The employee was belligerent and ridiculously unhelpful. He just gave excuses to me why he can’t ship the item and tried to explain that there was a list but couldn’t show me where or why. Just his excuses.

  Tried to return an Amazon package. Amazon supplied us one shipping label and it said quantity of “4”. The girl would not take it even though it said “4” items in the shipping label. Showed her the Amazon page with the one label she said I’m sorry you need four labels even though the label said quantity of “4”.

  Went to ship my package. There were no other customers in the store when I walked in. A lady worker stopped me from walking to the counter allowing everyone behind me to walk straight to the counter all to make me use a self help station to print my own label. I told her I DID NOT want to use the self help station and she continued to tell me I had to use the self help printer label because fedex wants the customers to start using it when I could still easily get help at the counter. She argued with me and didn't allow me to walk to the counter and stuck the label to the bottom of my box because she was in such a hurry so now my box won't be stacked correctly it's entire travel. If you want to show me how to use a self help station and the customer says no id like to use the counter service you should quit arguing with your customers trying to force your new self ship station on your customers. Terrible attitude from the staff at this location.
