- MMMIMIJan 8, 20181.0If i could rate a 0 or a negative, I would. I never go to this one but the one time I decided to, It turned out to be THEE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALING EVER! Its been 10 months now aince I have sent my package. It came back for some reason, and came Back to the SPRINGVILLE US POST OFFICE. it got checked in and out and now Its some how lost!!! It NEVER MADE IT TO MY HOUSE! AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING AND CALLING EVER NUMBER THEY THROW AT ME! I got the insurance on the package but does that really mean anything? Not to them!!! I still have to call and talk to machines for hours on end and i still keep getting NO WHERE!! I'm holding Springville USPS accountable for this. I would never EVER use this destination again. Ive done from provo and they were great! Got there a little time later then expected but makes sense for a day or two. But not 10 MONTHS.
