- RDRochelle “wanderlust.or.bust” DuplessisApr 25, 20255.0The afternoon I visited, the clerk was alone and handling an international business package, for the first time. The wait was long, but the local customers (minus 1, there is always one), the young girl's employer who came in to check on her because it was taking so long, the clerk and worker guiding clerk on the phone were all incredibly friendly and polite. Over 30 minutes, but I had enjoyable conversations during that wait. The clerk was apologetic and managed her own stress well, as she kept her growing line in pleasant mood (including that one - who I politely asked to be cognizant of the people at the counter, those who had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes and wait) as she learned, over the phone, how to complete the international business coding on the computer. She was amazing in a situation out of her control. I do not live in Springdale, but to those who do, you are blessed to have such a wonderful USPS clerk!

The next closest Post Office is 35 minutes away at bottom of the hill!!
