- JJJordanSep 28, 20255.0I brought Brady and Heidi an electric scooter to package up and mail for me. They brain stormed with me to help figure out what the best option was. I ultimately ended up bringing them a ginormous mattress box from home with another box as the makeshift top. They got me all fixed up! Brady filled and taped up my Frankenstein box and carried it out to my car. Heidi was super knowledgeable about what needed to be done and was standing ready to order the box we needed if mine didn’t work out. She also shared where I’d have to take it for drop off since they can’t accept lithium batteries at their location. Brady and Heidi were a great team, super polite and kind, and true professionals. 😊
- PLPatty LongSep 17, 20252.0I've always gone here for easy online orders, good prices and great customer service, but last time I went two things happened that made me question this decision. 1. I went to pick up my order and the woman (older than the others maybe 40s, Caucasian , maybe dyed red hair, can't remember but it was shorter) asked me to check my order for accuracy. I noticed that there was a few sheets in the order that weren't cut like I had ordered but the cut ones were there too. She called over a young guy who was working with her and proceeded to lecture him about order accuracy. He kept saying he didn't do it, she was relentless. Not sure if she was a supervisor but she shouldn't talk to staff like that, especially in front of customers, geez leave him alone! 2. She took the few extra sheets out of the bag and set them down. I asked if I could have them (nobody else could use them) and she said in a snarky tone "if you buy them" I declined since I didn't bring any cash, so she tossed them in the trash. Really? Would it have killed her to give the $2 worth of extra copies to me? No. Would it have bankrupted Fed Ex? No. Could they be used by anyone else? No. Would it have convinced me to come back for great customer service? Yes. Will it kill me to go to another copy place now? No.

I love being able to go in and do printer related things on my own and then having staff to support me if there is any weird things with the machines. They always solve my issues. One time I accindentally left a thumb drive. I thought I just misplaced it at home so wasnt even thinking about it when I walked in. The staff recognized me and connected me back with my thumb drive. Mind blown! The staff here goes above and beyond. Cant promise they will remember everyone but I might not have ever reconnected with my drive if they hadnt recognized me. Thank you spanish fork fedex staff!! You guys rock!
