Hire more staff, help your employees so you don’t LOSE staff. Felt so bad for the woman working at this location but had to leave after waiting for so long. The line genuinely hadn’t moved for over 20 minutes due to seniors needing extra help and while that’s understandable, having the supervisor come up to just help out could have saved everyone time and made the clerk feel supported.
