Constant issues with these people. I’ve lived at my apartment for almost a year. Over this time, I’ve had several packages delivered with usps and they fail to do their job nearly every single time. There was once a package that they just refused to carry out of their truck. They passed by my building 3 days in a row, marking it as “undeliverable” for no reason at all. They have open access to the main office, the package lockers, and my front door. No excuse. They sent the package back to the shipper and I had to drive to Colorado and back to pick it up myself. I had another package coming again recently and had the shipper request a signature upon delivery so it had a better chance of making it into my hands. Once again, USPS failed. They handed it over to the first person they saw, got a random signature and left. I was home waiting for it and was shocked to check the tracking and saw that it was delivered and signed off by a name that I didn’t recognize. No excuse-Do better. I’ve never had issues at any other address.

Mrs. Luda was probably the most unhelpful staff member I have ever interacted in a USPS. Bad attitude and rude towards me and another person.

One clerk is not enough to man the front, and the male supervisor hiding in the back surely could have come to help the poor employee trying desperately to get the line moving. Hire more staff, help your employees so you don’t LOSE staff. Felt so bad for the woman working at this location but had to leave after waiting for so long. The line genuinely hadn’t moved for over 20 minutes due to seniors needing extra help and while that’s understandable, having the supervisor come up to just help out could have saved everyone time and made the clerk feel supported.
