- LMLuke McDowell4 days ago1.0I received a package covered in either Human or Animal blood yesterday with the most pathetic sorry note and I've reached my limit with this USPS branch. Over the last few years living in South Jordan this USPS has cost me hundreds of dollars in lost and damaged orders. I constantly have mail jammed in my mailbox, damaging my packages, and 1 in 3 untracked letters never make it to me. I've had numerous packages placed in the wrong mailboxes, and the damage to my post has become expected. I don't know what you guys are doing in this office, but it's an absolute disgrace. I would anyone in this area to go with another post provider.

The tracking information still shows that the carrier has possession of it. When I went in to ask for assistance, I didn’t receive any real help—just vague instructions to check online for updates. As a customer who paid for the service, I expected the staff to take more responsibility in helping report or escalate the issue while I was there. Instead, the experience felt dismissive, and the manager’s attitude was unprofessional. Overall, very disappointing service.

I came to report the issue but they were not helping. All they did were telling me to go online and search for item. This was not my fault, I paid the fee and their job should be reporting the issue when I was there. Terrible manager with bad attitude
