This South Jordan Post Office needs to show up for their customers!! They never open on time, I showed up when they said they opened and waited over 35 min along with a line full of people. They also seem to close when ever they please. Again showed up within the hours of Operations and they decided to close 45 min early. Do Better, Be Better So Jordan Post Office

I purchased an item that was delivered to my house by USPS. The problem is they placed it right in the middle of my driveway leaning against my garage door. Of course, it got run over. The only way that could have been prevented is if I would have opened the garage door, then walked outside and did a walk around of my vehicle. This could have been prevented if it was just placed to the side of the garage door. I made a claim through USPS. They instructed me to bring it into my local post office which is thus location. They told me verbally that my claim would be approved and took the item, a $90 value. I thought the issue was solved. A few weeks later I received a letter from USPS saying my claim was denied for not bringing in the item. I appealed and stated I DID bring the item in. My appeal was declined. So now, I am not only out the $90 but I also don’t have the damaged item to return to the original vendor to try and get a refund. How can a business TAKE the item, then NOT PAY for it. THAT’s STEALING.

Set a package pickup and no one showed up. Tried online and calling with no options for what to do if no one comes to pickup the package. Clearly they don’t care.

They cashier was so helpful and pleasant. He helped me put my box together when he saw that I couldn't figure it out and he was nice and cheerful.
