She smiled and asked, “What can I help you with?” I placed a package on the scale, then asked her if she could tell the price to ship it UPS Ground and I also told her that I still need to write the shipping information on the package. There was a sticky on the package, that had the shipping address. She asked me for my driver's license which I had so I gave it to her. Soon after she handed the card back to me and asked me to confirm the shipping information on the register's display screen. I was very delighted that she had done that. With a little information added, she measured the box and asked me what was inside, which I told her, then she asked a question about the value. After providing the value of the items in the package for insurance purposes, she ran up all the information she needed on the register and provided me with the cost. I went ahead and paid and then she told me when the package would be delivered, handed me a receipt then she wished me a nice day. I thought it was very nice that she went ahead and put all the shipping information on the shipping label attached to the package so that I didn’t have to do it. I’ve been shipping things from the store for several years and have always had excellent service. I definitely will continue that.

I came in needing notary services right at 6PM, realizing their notary service typically ends at 6:30 PM. I was stressed and thought I'd have to come back another day. However, Haleigh and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They saw I was in a bind and graciously agreed to stay late to help me. Even though it was well past their closing time, Haleigh and team was meticulous, professional, and didn't rush through the paperwork at all. They made sure everything was done correctly without cutting any corners. They finally finished everything by 6:50PM You just don't find this level of customer service very often. I am so grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond. I will be using this store for all my future shipping and notary needs. Thank you, Haleigh and team!
