A lot of times it can be busy with all the Amazon returns, but I’ve seen the employees handle their cool under a lot of pressure. When I have to go to a UPS store, I will go out of my way just to go to this one. They’re doing a great job and I just thought that they deserve a good review.

I over heard her tell someone that if she gets a five start review she gets $5, but this girl deserves WAY MORE than that. Her customer service was outstanding, she got the job done fast, and had the best attitude while doing so. When I got there, there were probably 3 or 4 people in line before me and I was still in and out within 5 minutes and she was super kind and had the same kind attitude with each customer. She even gave my son a sticker! Best experience I’ve had at any ups store. Keep it up girl!

She is competent, (when I go in she is usually helping a customer, while helping an employee, greeting those who enter AND flawlessly multitasking with all the operations) She is kind, but not too much. She is real, but professional. I’m telling you. I don’t write reviews often and have zero relationship with brook outside of the ups store transactions but she’s worth writing a review for. Honestly. I would HIGHLY recommend incentivizing her as much as you can so you don’t lose her. It’s not cliche. She’s actually the best!
