- RBRenea BecksteadJan 25, 20251.0I had a large package scheduled to be delivered on a Saturday. The postman refused to deliver it because my mailbox was full. The package was too large for the box. So it could have been delivered, he chose not to. He took my mail out of the box and took my package back to the post office and said I requested to have it held for pickup. It closes at 4:30, when I get off of work. This isn't the first time. I had items I paid extra to get here faster and he had no right to not deliver it and make me wait two days more and take off of work early to pick something up he was too lazy to bring to my door.
- AHAleah HansenNov 13, 20214.0I think it’s ok it’s not amazing and it’s not horrible it’s ok but I have mailed a package once from there and it ended up where it delivered half open I can’t really say it’s your fault it’s the UPS fault but I can say if you don’t want to have something turn up at the destination half open or kinda teared in shreds don’t use an old Amazon box buy one that’s at the post office
- KHKolton HobbsJun 4, 20201.0The Smithfield USPS delivery service is an absolute joke. Today Smithfield city had closed our neighborhood street down to fix a pipe. The road was still open for people that lived in the neighborhood. Instead of deleverering the mail to everyone on the street then turning around and rerouting, the mail carrier decided to just skip the entire street so not one person on our street got the mail today.
