- NBNikki Baning5 days ago1.0Slow and Clueless should be this store's motto! Although they have 4 active workers there is always a line that spirals around the room for something as easy as Amazon returns! If I didn't live so close I DEFINITELY would NOT come here!

A mistake was made on my part with the address a package was shipped to, and Tyler could have easily told me there was nothing he could do to help, but he was patiently willing to listen and put effort into helping me, and he was able to resolve the issue. All of the staff members who have helped me at this location have been very friendly, professional and helpful.

Parking can be an issue during busy times as the lot is small and shared with other businesses. The best thing that could happen for the customers is to relocate this UPS Store to a nearby place with adequate parking.

The young assistant Camry took my information and order and walked me through the process and packaged up my 1st sale (she was very meticulous). She made the process easy even through my trepidation.
