- CKChris KieferOct 12, 20231.0Their Google Maps schedule, as well as their sign at the door, says they open at 9am. I and another customer showed up at 10am and it was still closed. This was not a holiday or daylight savings. I asked a couple of Walmart employees and apparently this happens often, that they open very late. This was 1 hour late. The other customer ended up just leaving. Right around 10:05am an employee showed up. She wondered why it was not opened and told me that someone else was supposed to have opened at 9am and apologized. She was really sweet and helped me super fast to get my stuff shipped. To whoever owns or manages this location: It is not acceptable to open 1 hour late and to have it happen frequently. If you are not committed to ensuring you or your staff open on time, then change your schedule to what you will commit to, and keep that commitment. It is not ok to tell your customers your hours and then not be here. This will destroy your business. Best wishes!
