They returned 100+ wedding invitations I tried to mail, to my door. Some of them are bent so badly they’re ruined. They said the fake wax seal sticker on the back of the envelopes prevented them from being sorted by the machine, and I need to pay an additional .49 each to have them hand sorted. Well the thing is, they already did half the work hand sorting them to bring back to my door, and I know several people who have mailed their invitations the exact same way, with the wax seal, one stamp, and had no issues. Thanks USPS for ruining my invitations, wasting my gas, time, and money, and stressing me the HELL OUT AS A BRIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgraceful. I am utterly DISGUSTED

over 25 years I have shipped thousands of packages through USPS. This was hands down the worst PO I have ever had the experience dealing with. first when I came in I was "greeted" with some very scowling faces. Granted it was 5 min before closing (3pm on saturday) when I approached the counter I was actually greeted by a fairly friendly young man. all the while a female older clerk was looking at me with what could only be described as disdain in her eyes. she had nothing to do with my transaction but kept interceding with "are you shipping those packages?" I said yes and they have postage on them. "did you want them scanned ?" yes please. She then told me just like this ; "we are not going to process the international packages !" I asked why and that I had driven over 40 miles to this PO because it was open until 3 pm. She said "we do not process and international packages after 2:30 on Saturday" I again asked why and that there was nothing on the web page stating that. she replied " it will take 15 min for each package to process them!" I reiterated I drove a very long way because according to the web site the office was open until 3. she then pointed to a man that I am guessing is the post master ? and he said "they could not do it as the clerks have to empty the trucks". Which makes zero sense that clerks have to empty trucks. All that aside the rude behavior of the older female clerk really need to be checked and looking at other comments she has been like this for a very very long time. might be time for her to look at retiring. something really should be done.

Kyle greeted every guest with a smile and was efficient and personable. He checked in regularly with waiting guests and was friendly all the time. Well done!👍🏼

Expecting a package. It's been delayed twice now. Scheduled to be delivered today and never was. Tracking status is delayed yet again with NO delivery date posted. Why in the heck does Amazon send packages to be delivered through the post office? It's a pretty pricey part I need. Not impressed 👎
