  Fed Ex customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve called this store to get information on a shipment and their automated system will not connect you to a live representative and will hang up on you without allowing any questions.

  Very helpful, knowledgeable staff that can assist with a wide range of office-type services. Obviously they are experts on shipping packages of all sizes everywhere and anywhere, but they also are great at passport photos and printing services. They also have great stock for making your own photos and documents that cannot go in regular-sized first class envelopes. They also provide great consultation services for custom needs of specific print jobs or preparing special types of documents.

  Fex ex locations need to be consistent. This is the last time I'll drop off here. I ship for work all the time. My pick up driver has never questioned me on how the contents were packaged, yet this clerk was quizzing me. Very poor experience.
