- BCBrendan CentersDec 11, 20251.0We dropped off two trackable priority flat rate envelopes a few days ago in the drop box because they were closed and there has been no scan to show they were received, the back of the drop box even fell off when we dropped them inside. I went in today to talk to a clerk and the woman Michelle refused to even look for them, that they will be scanned upon delivery only, I told her they were supposed to have tracking and she said they don’t scan those upon receipt, I used to work for the corporate call center for USPS and I know that’s not the case, especially for items with tracking, do not trust them to ship your items if you expect to know it’s been sent out and actually on its way. *Edit: Posted this at noonish, as of 4:14 this afternoon they both now have accepted scans on the tracking at this same post office, guess someone saw my review and thought to check*
