Very rude and unprofessional staff. I tired to purchase packing tape and packing sleeves and the woman said that I HAVE to have my packages packed with my OWN packaging from home before coming up to the counter. Why would the USPS have packaging available inside if that were true, and if I were to use theirs that is clearly available for customer purchase (despite what they said), why would I pack my items with unpurchased packing slips and tape without paying for them first? Confused with this location and poor basic communication skills and customer service. Will be going to UPS from now on where I can purchase packing slips and tape without hassle and judgement…

Glad I moved away from this area. This office lost my passport, delivered mail to the wrong address constantly, and started forwarding mail 4 months after I moved! 👋👋

Maritza was really friendly and quick to help get my package sent even with long lines of people for the holiday rush. Thank you for your great attitude. It made my day better.

I don’t usually leave reviews for public service places. Because you know…what’s the point? What are we going to do? Just not get stuff delivered? And they know that. That’s why they can be awful! But I figured this story was entertaining. Had to drop a shipment of books off. It was heavy but I didn’t tell any lies about the weight etc. So I’m huffing and puffing to the counter. Noemi looks at me like I’m the last man on earth. I thought “here we go” and my tingle was spot on. “You dropping off?” “Yeah” “Have a good day” “Can I get a receipt?” “We don’t scan those boxes” “You don’t can those boxes” “Media Mail is the CHEAPEST option” “Right, but I ship media mail all the time and always get proof that I’ve dropped off the parcel” “It’s too heavy” “But you’re the post office” She did seem perplexed by this. Proceeds to just push my parcel/goods off her counter so it falls off the edge and upside down. Notice how she could move the box just fine then but not to put it on the scales? “What ya doing?! There’s books in there” “Sir, this box is going to go upside down hundreds of times between now and then. It will be upside down on the conveyor belt and will go upside down in the van” “The van is going to go upside down?” Silence. “Did you not package the contents carefully?” “Yeah but to be fair I didn’t think someone would just blatantly demonstrate a total disregard for a customers’s items in front of that customer” Silence. “I would just like this scanned, please” Then thankfully, the man next to her comes and just does it. Weird that because I thought it was too big for the scales. Made to feel small, cheap and pathetic just for dropping off a large box. Wife said I should make a formal complaint. But who to? She’s probably the one in charge!
