Kyle greeted every guest with a smile and was efficient and personable. He checked in regularly with waiting guests and was friendly all the time. Well done!👍🏼

Expecting a package. It's been delayed twice now. Scheduled to be delivered today and never was. Tracking status is delayed yet again with NO delivery date posted. Why in the heck does Amazon send packages to be delivered through the post office? It's a pretty pricey part I need. Not impressed 👎

To the old rude guy (clerk 66) that works here learn how to recognize when you are wrong, tried to charge me 6 dollars for an envelope that had two stamps on it saying it wasn’t foldable and didn’t meet requirements. I literally folded it in front of his face and showed how it was less than 1/4 inch…. Bro didn’t want to accept that this envelope was in fact an envelope not a parcel, very frustrating when at the Midvale usps the very nice clerk said the exact same envelope would be fine as long as I added another stamp

Customer Service with passport application and the person handling this is not a person who is kind to people. My son who is 18 trying to get his first passport made an appointment paid his fees but we realized we needed to get it done probably sooner went in for the walking times - they turned him away and said just do your scheduled time. He had all of his paperwork. Then he went back today for the appointment and forgot one of the printed paper for his fees and they were rude again. They were very rude when saying how old are you? Yes he is 18 almost 19 trying to do this on his own and no kindness whatsoever - I did not realize he had made the appointment at Sandy Post Office - they have a bad reputation for being rude. I get it people are not the greatest at doing all the right things for passport but do not take it on a person trying to be an adult. Kindness only takes a few minutes and the same with rudeness. I told him to go ask for a manager but he said he did not want to be a "Karen" well that is the adult way to deal with it. She said just to reschedule - well that adds another week - which there isn't time for that for his mission. No refunds so we are out $50 - so we are just going to SJ city - I have had better experience at City Passport offices - DO NOT GO TO SANDY PO they are not kind!

Glad I moved away from this area. This office lost my passport, delivered mail to the wrong address constantly, and started forwarding mail 4 months after I moved! 👋👋
