- CBCasey BestDec 17, 20251.0Have been having issues getting a package delivered since I have to sign it, also had a few complaints about rude behavior from postman. I couldn’t get the redelivery option to work so I had to message the post office to see if I can get a redelivery. Daniel called and set up a delivery for the next day just fine and dandy. Well the next day comes and the postman I complained about decided not to knock (I had my window open so I could listen for it and heard nothing) I assume due to being upset about complaints I made previously. (So just a warning you are not anonymous when you make a complaint about a carrier in case anyone was wondering) I went back online to see if maybe this time I could get another redelivery scheduled and see if the website would work. Instead I got a message stating that I am barred from scheduling redeliveries now and will have to pick them up in person. (Like wow love grown men throwing fits over a valid complaint and using their ‘power’ to teach me a lesson) So I re-emailed the post office stating what happened and that I would just have to go in and pick it up because I didn’t want to interact with my postman anymore. Well David the next day called me (which I happened to miss) and then proceeded to show up to my house personally and tried to bully my sister into getting me to sign for the package. My sister refused and signed herself. I can only assume he wanted to be able to spew his anger at me personally and that’s why he was so adamant at seeing me. Like dude acted like I attacked him and the mailman and did a whole smear campaign on them. I emailed them directly and wanted the issue figured out the way I was directed to do on the usps website. I wasn’t even going to make a public review but that last action was the final straw in that decision.

They are clearly understaffed (by no fault of their own) but still give 1000 percent each day and work so well as a team. Thank you for all that you do!!

Maybe my yard it’s the best looking yard but not to deliver my mail is not a good idea and the next time I will take action if my mail is not deliver or at least bring it to me Is there bees around the another mailbox!! Whatever!!!!!!!!
