I never have any difficulties with FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. but UPS fails 100% of the time. I’ve gone in to this location for assistance, where my packages are routinely held when not delivered. They are unable to do anything to assist. Incredibly difficult and frustrating. Their only suggestion is to not use UPS so I’ve been requesting different delivery options so that I can actually receive my packages.

I simply wanted to call and ask if I need to print a shipping label ahead of time or if I could print it there and wasted ten minutes on their bot system with no answer then drove over only to be charged to print the slip. Super annoying.
