I asked why as 5pm is the last drop time mentioned on the website. And she said they needed time to “process it” I don’t think that’s a thing as I have always come at 5pm or close to 5 and they accepted it and it went out. She told me to come by 430.. so perhaps need to change your website if 430 is your last drop time.

I told her I needed 2 labels, shipping 1 package and w/in the same package a return label back to me. I said this two times. Then when she started making up the labels, she became very upset, almost ranting, saying why don't I have an account to do this. Well if I did, would I be in there asking for help! I will never go back to that location !!!
