- JTJohn TranJun 4, 20241.0Do not send your child to Challenger! Very unorganized. They don’t send you the invoice EC drop off until the end of the year. Their portal doesn’t even tell you have a balance. However they would tell you at the end of the year that you have an outstanding invoice and now they are threading me that if I don’t take care of it they are holding my child’s year book. I also found that they manually enter your child in if you drop them off 1 min early and will bill you $36… I have found duplicate charge on the same and also charges on a Saturday… I didn’t even know challenger was open on Saturday…this is Challenger in San Jose Hardwood!
