- JRJerry RMar 3, 20265.0I've used this UPS store since I moved to SLC in July 2017. The staff is always helpful and friendly, both for shipping and when I need a notary. Yesterday I came in with a large sculpture, made of aluminum, that was damaged and that I was sending back to the artist to fix. It weighs 42 pounds and is about 40" wide, 40" long, and 3" deep. Caitlin, who helped me, did an excellent job. It doesn't fit in any box (which I knew) and it's on the cusp of what UPS can do to make a carton from multiple boxes. She called the manager and found a way to get it done, solving the problem very capably and quickly.

She genuinely seemed happy to help and never once gave me the bum’s rush, which I really appreciated. The store was super clean and welcoming, and the whole experience was refreshingly stress-free. 10/10 location I would absolutely trust this team with my future packages and my deeply held fear that I forgot my own parents’ address and my package will end up on a mountainside in Italy being chewed on by village goats.
- MMmmoehlinDec 30, 20252.0Don't do your printing here. It's outrageously expensive: $2 plus 30 cents per page. I paid 7 bucks to print 13 pages. Go to the library, they'll do it for 10 cents a page. Service was speedy and nice at least.
