On several occasions, he has assisted me with my return purchases at the UPS Store, and every time he has been professional, patient, and genuinely helpful.   Edit: I'm talking about drivers servicing this specific store, not drivers out and about in the city. You absolutely can ask them to park better. It sounds like you don't care about your neighbors and if that's the case, I won't be coming back here. If this is a misunderstanding I'm happy to update this review. Original: It's great to have a UPS store downtown, but unfortunately this location hasn't figured out how to manage their trucks and employees and are constantly parking illegally on the street blocking traffic and the visibility of the crosswalk. I reached out directly to the store but they never responded. Yesterday I had to squeeze through a narrow passage the trucks were creating and dodge their employees who were paying zero attention. Other days I have to hope I don't get hit by a bus when I have to merge unexpectedly. Please be a better neighbor and figure out a way to load your trucks legally. It may take your staff an extra minute, but it's not worth putting people at risk.

  The cashier at the front was unprofessional and rushing me when I was trying to find my return code. He kept tapping the scanner over and over again like we were in a hurry, even though there’s literally nobody else in the store. Super inconsiderate and frustrating.

  Very disappointing. Came here to mail my mortgage check. Explained to the employee that it had to arrive on time or I would face a late fee. He told me "they don't guarantee shipments to PO boxes" but then assured me multiple times it would arrive on time. I even asked if I needed to go to a USPS store and again he told me I don't need to do that and assured me it would arrive on time. They took my money for expedited delivery, and now my package is now late and I'm out $300 in late fees. Its a scummy move to accept payment for a service you can't deliver. The employee repeatedly told me it would arrive on time and was happy to take my money for expedited delivery, but then quote terms and conditions at me when they don't actually provide the service I paid for. Won't be back to this store

  Ricardo , the Owner, personally served me in a timely manner, greeting, me as soon, as I walked in the door, as did an employee, ready to assistme as needed. Ricardo was the consulate professional, has my job completed, I had ordered. There was no waiting involved. I highly recommend this UPS Store, for business and personal customers. The staff is polite, skilled and efficient. I have shopped at this UPS store, over two dozen times, for printing, color copying , UPS , Ground , as well as Express shipping, and all my experiences- visits have been fantastic, and most importantly, accurate, and efficient.
