  I have been using this UPS Store (869 E 4500 S) for years for returns, shipping, and mailing services, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. On 2/18/2026, I paid $106.82 for overnight mail service. However, the delivery took 3 days instead of overnight. I requested a refund, and the store manager, Lexy Clark, has been handling this issue since February. It has now been over two months, and I have visited the store more than six times with no resolution. As of 4/10/2026, I followed up again in person with Lexy Clark, but the issue is still unresolved. During my last visit, the interaction with the manager, Lexy Clark, was not professional. Instead of helping resolve the situation, I was told there was nothing that could be done and was directed to “go complain.” As a manager, this is not the level of customer service expected when handling customer concerns. I hope the management team reviews this situation involving Lexy Clark and improves how customer issues are handled and resolved in the future.

  Paid them to pack up my packaged being shipped out, which was a huge mistake, my item, which weighed no more then 5lb was marked as 27lb which costed me $78 on top of my label, absolutely terrible will never have a ups pack my stuff again. Thanks for robbing me.

  I was in and out within 60 seconds. Impressive. I had my QR code ready and the clerk had me heading out with shipping info in my hands super fast.

  Clerks forward phones to voicemail, and leave them there. Hence you can never reach the store. Even corporate can't reach them. They NEVER check their voicemail. They NEVER return phone messages. They NEVER read their email. Amateurs one and all. Don't waste your money with these fools. Plus the floors are sticky and it smells like cat urine in there. The manager is paid to run interference for the poorly managed clerks. He is a sycophant for the UPS company. As long as you get one star, I feel justice is done. Plus I never have to hear how much you love trump anymore. Day-in, day-out, trump, trump, trump. Why don't you talk about something else?

  The gal who helps me everytime is just so nice and so fast. I never worry about being in your store long 😁
