  Ordered two posters online by uploading files from Canva. Picked up the completed order a couple of hours later, ahead of promised pick up time. Employees were courteous and helpful on phone and in person. Very smooth process & I’ll come back—thank you!

  Self service stations have ruined so many industries. I shouldn't have to pay extra to have the employees print something for me because the self service stations are full. Ridiculous.

  I had an expensive guitar shipped to me, with signature required for delivery. My brother stayed home all day to make sure the driver could get in our apartment building and sign for it. I got home several hours after I received confirmation that it had been delivered and signed for. The guitar was just sitting in the entryway where anyone could grab it for several hours, and the driver *did not* get a signature from my brother because he never came to the door. Luckily things worked out, but I don’t appreciate lying and signing for me and leaving my $1200 guitar sitting 2 feet in the entry way in a box that says “Wildwood Guitars” right in the front
