I have been in business for 20 years, and have been solicited by, pitched to, and utilized many different marketing and SEO firms. In all of those years, most of them over promise and severely under delivered. Two of them delivered exactly how they pitched, and exactly what they promised. SEO Pros did the opposite of what most do. When I first hired them, I thought for sure they would be in the group of overpromising and under delivering… But they have under promised and over delivered! If you are a small business, looking for somebody that will set you up like only large corporations can, this is the place for sure!

For example, reports they gave us at our monthly "meetings" for which they supposed had spent 30 hours working on, were cut and paste generic reports still showing items like "insert company name here". Asking pointed questions about what work was supposedly done was met with silence on many occasions. After a few months, they lost interest in us and basically tried to focus on conversions rather than our Google rankings. They were supposed to be doing back linking for us and for our monthly fee of $4000, we got one or no backlinks. They were supposed to do blogging for us and work on Google plus and this never happened either. I can't tell you how much I really feel ripped off. We had to pay them in advance for any work done. Never do this! Only pay after work is completed.
