The woman who helped me today was toxic, did not smile, made a point to single out an older man in line for entering the wrong door, and did not give me the media rate even though my folder inside should have qualified...she was very rude and filled the room with negative energy. i left feeling sad/mad/frustrated. I hope she has a better day tomorrow and that she realizes how her actions and words matter.

It's very hard to deal with this office because they are never consistent with their policies or what they expect. I am a person with a spinal disability called atlantoaxial instability, who cannot get out to the post office on their own without risk to my health. The post office refused to follow instructions asking them to put my mail in a different location on the porch because I live with housemate who are invasive go through my mail sometimes. They refused to cite a consistent reason why and kept making up excuses. I decided to put my mail on hold at the post office and they initially told me all I needed was my information and signature for my caregiver to get it. My first caregiver went in with no problem. My other caregiver tried to go in with my signature slip while I was in the car, but they LIED and said I had no packages waiting for me (I had at least five). They treated my third caregiver like crap but then claimed I didn't need a signature after all and gave her the packages when I called in. I decided to go in person at the post office to protect my caregiver the next time despite having trouble standing for long, and they asked me for my ID (they didn't ask for this before, but The policy made sense). I hadn't brought it and I went to go get the image through my email but by then they had already put my packages away and asked me to stand in the back of a very long line... When I was already starting to have problems with my balance and was limping. This location seems to have no respect for its disabled clients.

This location is always understaffed and the one woman who is always working weekday afternoons/evenings routinely reaches over the counter to give herself a green smiley face after each interaction despite 90% of people leaving looking unhappy because she was condescending and unhelpful

I asked the employee, “can I ship media mail from the self service machine?” She said, “I don’t know, I’ve never used it before.” She works here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right, but the clerk named Genna was amazing! When I came in to mail my return package, she helped me figure out how to fill everything out. I decided to send it through regular mail, but I didn’t have a label, sticker, or even a piece of paper to write the addresses on. Genna was so kind and patient—she gave me a piece of paper, showed me where to write the “From” and “To,” and guided me through the whole process. I had my toddler with me, and he was tired and fussy, so I was already feeling overwhelmed. But Genna stayed calm, understanding, and very helpful the entire time. I usually don’t have the best experience at the post office, but this time was different. Genna really made my day! She was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me.
