A postal worker was rude and disrespectful to me today. But another employee, her name is Mimi gave me the most pleasant exchange from the other side of the room she smiled at me and thanked me for coming to the post office and just that smile made the whole experience worth it to me Because she cared enough to make sure that I was OK before I left the store. They confirmed they’d stop the return to sender and then get the package to me the next day. I was so grateful because I’ve been waiting a week for this package and the delivery date has kept moving back. Later, same day after our conversation and after business hours, I got notified my package was once again, returning to sender. I called them the next morning right as the opened and they said they sent the package back. Super disheartening and I feel like this should have been preventable. Useless customer service, there’s definitely a reason USPS is going out of business.
