- KCKenneth CraigDec 11, 20252.0Don't know why this office can't get hold mail requests right. When I hold mail on-line some mail still get's delivered. The office manager told me it's better to come in and fill out their form. I did that and they still don't hold mail properly. I recently asked to have my mail delivered to my home after the hold date IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME A DAY EARLIER THAN REQUESTED. The point of holding mail is to secure my mail and not make it obvious I'm away. The Millcreek post office has failed me again and again.

I have been to other USPS but the staff were always seem impatient and don't really want to help, which I cannot blame them for. It's not a high paying job given how much they work. And it is public facing, which is very stressful especially when you have unreasonable people. But this USPS is so nice! It looks fairly new and very clean. Staff there are very chill and friendly. If I have known this, I would have come to this USPS instead of anywhere else.
