Have no idea why this place has 2 stars, I guess the place has changed. Customer service is so kind and patient. The place is clean, although the parking is an issue since there isn't enough parking spots. There are self service machines if you don't prefer to wait in line, the lines can get busy but from what I saw, the employees work well under the stress of customers. Please give Jacqueline a raise she is so funny, awesome, and lights up everyone's mood and makes everyone laugh. She deserves a raise!!!!!

Went to drop off a package and the drop box was jammed. Guess I'll go to another one. Thanks for wasting my time.

The staff is very friendly but USPS has vastly understaffed this location. The lines are always out the door. There is never any parking, even in front of the location on state street.
