- DHDanielle HowellJul 23, 20251.0Went to check my mail and when the box is due, instead of the older lady with black hair and glasses greeting me like I did her or asking for my box number after i explain why im there, she throws her hands in the air and says "well" rolled her eyes when I needed to run back to my car to get my ID because "im still learning everyone" I said no problem BRB. She still didn't ask for my box number or be polite in anyway. She needs more training in customer service 🙄 this score is only based on her. Very bad attitude.
