- TTTNov 20, 20251.0They let the phone ring and ring or pick up and hang up, or even pick up and slam the phone around, no human is available. Called the Lehi branch and someone picked up within two rings and was very friendly. Not sure if they are having an issue with phones at this location or if it is an intentional issue by staff. Regardless, not wasting any more time on this office. It’s unfortunate it is the closer one, but I will commute if this is their standard.

There have been several times where I needed assistance in getting income quickly and they have always been able to get me jobs within 1-2 weeks. The only thing I would recommend is working on communication, there have been a few times where they said they were working on sending my information to a job I was interested in and never followed up with me on it. Other than that, they do a good job!
