I would sit there all day for weeks and when some work finally came they called what I assume was a friend or family member for the work, instead of me who was physically at the location for weeks as soon as they opened. A friend of mine who was a certified flagger, one of only 2 people woulf never get sent out. They just pick favorites/friends/family over reliable people who show up on time everyday.

Not only that but they managed to do so right after i got on the job site, and plenty worse than that is im 1 1/2 hours from my house and the next bus doesnt come until 5pm...I got here at 8.
