    Customer service can be awful sometimes specially my experience communicating with Teal, he has been consistently unprofessional. When I request necessary details about job assignments, his responses are often passive-aggressive, condescending, and dismissive. Rather than providing clear information, he frequently communicates in a way that makes reasonable questions feel like an inconvenience. Access to accurate job details is a basic requirement for performing assignments effectively, and requesting that information should not be met with hostility or attitude. A more professional, respectful, and straightforward communication style is needed to for a productive working environment especially when the person works in customer service, they are there to help the clients not make them feel uncomfortable for asking questions and expecting answers as it is their job.

    I used to love working with peopleready but lately they not what they used to they used to be work today get paid today but last couple of jobs i have been on they take two to three days to get paid I only used them when a bill comes up unexpectedly but you can’t get paid on time

    Terrible company the failures will get the address wrong then blame the workers for thier mistakes. Not even counting the fact their app is supposed to give you the address hid forbid you follow the directions given.

    Can help in a pinch but, my experiences with this company keep getting worse. This is the second time they have restrained me from working. Not only that but they managed to do so right after i got on the job site, and plenty worse than that is im 1 1/2 hours from my house and the next bus doesnt come until 5pm...I got here at 8. Cheers folks
