So far, IG has been the best staffing agency I've worked with. The recruiters I initially worked with were responsive and understood the requirements for the position. They prepared me well for the client's interview process.The role they placed me in is a great fit for my skills and experience in AI Governance. It also utilizes my previous technical writing and CMS administration background. The client company is well-aligned with my long-term career goals and seems like a fantastic culture fit so far. I've referred several friends and former coworkers to IG.

I didn’t mind the thoroughness, but the moment it seemed I was no longer the ideal candidate, all communication stopped. After about 7–10 days of silence, I texted her for an update and was ignored. A few days later, I tried calling and managed to reach her, but her tone made it seem like she was annoyed or bothered that I even followed up. She said she’d get back to me within a week with any updates, but I never heard anything again. I can’t speak for Insight Global as a whole, I’m sure they have good and respectful recruiters on their team. But if something as basic as communication can’t be maintained during the interview process, I can’t imagine the experience would improve once you're actually contracted through them..
