  Ordered two posters online by uploading files from Canva. Picked up the completed order a couple of hours later, ahead of promised pick up time. Employees were courteous and helpful on phone and in person. Very smooth process & I’ll come back—thank you!

  Self service stations have ruined so many industries. I shouldn't have to pay extra to have the employees print something for me because the self service stations are full. Ridiculous.

  I should have chosen a different printing place… I had a trouble printing so I asked this girl (I should have gotten her name) she was already so unfriendly, told me some instruction and acting like I should just figure out and do it myself. I ended up not be able to print out feeling stupid, so I asked her to help me again, she told me she’s dealing with other customer who came few minutes after me… Yes, I am definitely younger than that other customer, but this was first time using these machines I had no idea of… I was a waitress so I know how to give my service to any kind of people regardless of age and race or how people look,, I was just flabbergasted. I wonder how FedEx train workers or how she was taught about helping others.

  I had to print 3 presentations and they printed everything without adjusting to scale, so the coil was covering the content in the pages. They did nothing to help, refused to reprint the content, and said it was just the way the PDF was set up. Staff here have zero awareness or critical thinking skills, and worse of all, no understanding of what good customer service looks like. I’ve come here for years and will never return.
