I do a lot of fed ex business and always can count on his help. The one thing I do not like is having to pay a surcharge for help, which is redic. While do understand they don't have time to help everyone's problem, that should not be charged. Drops my score because of this.

She made it very apparent what her political views were and didn't want to take my packages for shipping due to the fact that I was in uniform, and I was shipping government equipment.
