  I flew in from socal for a conference. My prints from a competitor didn’t arrive on time. When I visited fedex the associates were friendly and willing to print on the spot. Kris and Thai recommend paper type and were able to get it done same day!! I will definitely be back when in the area.

  There is poor service, and then there is unethical poor service. I just spent over $4. For 4 black and white prints. I asked wow why so much. The kid says there is a surcharge because I printed them. Then says next time if you print them yourself you can save money. WHY wasn't I told that before? I will definitely keep my business with Office Depot moving forward.

  I flew into SLC for my niece's 21st birthday. And realized a program or itinerary for the party hasn't been made. With so much to do and already pay for we scrambled and quickly put something together to at least keep everyone on track with what the order of the program was. A sweet and talented representative named Clair went above and beyond for us. And assisted us in creating a simple 5 page pamphlet for the 21st birthday celebration. Not only did we walk away happy but we felt seen and heard. It wasn't just another sales pitch and quota. She truly provided amazing customer service. We would only return if everyone performed the same way

  The people working behind the counter were nice, but that was about the extent of anything positive with this experience. There needs to be more transparency with pricing up front, as being charged almost $18 just so one of the employees can print up something on nicer paper behind the counter for you is a total scam and should be something that is disclosed in advance. I also have never been charged so much money for a double-sided color print job and that was the most expensive per sheet price on paper I have seen ever. At the amount I was charged I am hoping the paper is infused with 24 karat gold. This will be the last time I do business with a FedEx Office and will take all of my printing business to the UPS Store moving forward.
