Ignored me for 15 minutes, just yik yakking in their little office, and then when one finally came out to ring me up after I rang the bell (a second time) she acted like a child being forced to do her chores. Absolutely ridiculous

I've reached out to the postmaster when our joke of a developer took over a year to put our community mailboxes up. They actually took proactive actions to help. I ran for Mayor and used the bulk mailing service to mail postcards. They were super helpful. It's not a job that brings a lot of joy, I think, but they do well to provide a service. I've never been treated rudely and I had to go there 6 days a week for a year before I went there for "normal" stuff. They are personable and helpful. I'm confused by the bad reviews because that's not been my experience. I've had friendly conversations with them, and will say they're not very talkative (brevity is not my strength), but they were always kind. They've gone out of their way to help me, so I will continue to offer support to them where I can.
