- LMliz mannMar 24, 20261.0i went to get my passport and had an older guy help me, he was the rudest person i’ve ever encountered, he was practically yelling at me because i didn’t know where to just set my things down and he expected me to know how to do everything when this was my first time, will neverrr be going back they are notorious for bad customer service

They make you feel stupid and they make you feel like you’re causing them issues. Never have I gone to a post office and over and over it’s the same bad experience only because of the employees. Especially the old tall grumpy guy. He needs to find his happy place.

The letter is completely lost and the tracking shows it is still in transit. DO NOT USE THE USPS. USE UPS OR FED-EX. THEY ARE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE BUT MORE RELIABLE.
