However this supervisor lady Kim was really nice and helped me personally one on one and made sure to address the issues with her subs and mail guy going to my house so I did appreciate her.

Every single time I have been in, he has had the exact some positive energy. Always making genuine small talk and trying to help the best that he can. It’s always refreshing to see him working the counter when I walk in.

- WWWR3NCHJul 16, 20211.0SO many issues with this Branch... Postmaster has been made aware of these issues.. 1. Mail from Salt Lake to St. George deliver 2-3 weeks later or not at all. This has been going on for over a year and a half, I've lived here... 2. Mail delivered to incorrect mail boxes in our neighborhood. 3. Community Mail lock boxes left opened/unlocked by the carrier where anyone can have access to all delivered mail and packages. 4. Packages missing or mis-shipped. 5. Slow delivery on packages, ie. Tracking show package leaving Las Vegas facility and 3 or more days later tracking updates updating showing is still in transit from Las Vegas to St. George. George.
